Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Your Caftan LLC. We are dedicated to delivering our premium traditional garments and accessories to you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.
Because we manage both custom-tailored garments and specialized traditional accessories, your items are carefully handled and dispatched from our dedicated fulfillment centers.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
To provide you with the best shopping experience, our shipping times vary depending on the product collection you purchase. If your order contains items from different collections, they may be shipped separately (see Section 3).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs clearance processing or carrier delays.
3. Multiple Packages Notice
To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, orders that include both a Caftan and a Caftan Belt/Jewelry may be shipped in separate packages. Each package will have its own unique tracking number, and they may arrive at slightly different times. This is completely normal and ensures each item is packaged according to its specific safety and quality guidelines.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can monitor your shipment directly through the link provided in your email.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your Caftan LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if an item is missing, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@yourcaftan.com with your order number and photos of the packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue for you right away.
