Refund & Return Policy

At Your Caftan LLC, we take the quality of our authentic Moroccan craftsmanship very seriously, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund.

Important Shipping Notice: Please note that all our premium and traditional garments are carefully prepared and fulfilled directly from our workshop in Morocco to your destination.

When Do We Accept Returns & Full Refunds? We fully accept returns and will gladly issue a full refund or a free replacement in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective during transit.

  2. Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, wrong color, or a completely different type/specification than what you originally ordered.

Eligibility for a Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return: To start a return or report an issue, please contact us immediately at support@yourcaftan.com . If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the exact return instructions and the address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom-Fitted Orders & Exceptions: Because our Caftans are often tailored to specific sizing requests, we cannot accept returns or refunds based solely on incorrect measurements provided by the customer. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or the garment does not match the specifications of your order, we will make it right immediately. We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags.
